All day long, I have not used my ears but my heart to hear the world with.
I used my mind’s eye to see the beauty that hides within creation
Today I have known,
The coldness of a pane of glass
The warp and weft of a blood-red shirt
The maze of information hidden between cached pages
Gateways of vulnerability behind a gaze and a stare
The measure of time with sighs and breath
Here, resting on the tender webs between my fingers
Perched on the wings of my shoulder blades
Is the fragrance of your hair
The scent these words that beg me to take them to you.
Intense! i like!
