Daydreams in the Rain

The rain came again this afternoon turning day into dusk and summer into monsoon. Instinctively, with my body wound into a crescent, my mind spooned you.

My face rests in the curve of your neck and shallow breaths form fan shapes across the sweep of your shoulder blade. Breast moulding gently into hand, your nipple so insistent against my damp palm.
