It always amazes me, the arrogance of humankind. We think we are invincible. We believe we are the superior race. We think we know it all.

We know how to send ships into space and clone animals, but we don’t know how to mend a broken heart. We know how to cure fatal diseases but don’t know how to show someone they mean everything to us. We have the technology to search for anything on the planet, but don’t know where to look for the trust we’ve lost.

Yes, we’re terribly clever. We are such a smart lot that. We know so much about the world and everything in it, except our own selves; except each other.
